These are the conditions when I see you outside Sweden. If you visit me in Sweden of if we have a telephone session, please read the Swedish conditions. You can easily translate it with the Google tool to your language.

Confidentiality
I adhere to the law regarding confidentiality. This means that I will not pass on any information about you to any other person or authority.

Translation
I speak English and Swedish. If you need or want help with translation from English to Dutch or the other way around, that is not a problem. Just let me know about it when you book your session.

Sessions and payments
Normally I reserve 1 hour for each session with the exception of the first one which lasts for 2 hours.
The sessions cost €85 for one hour and €170 for 2 hours.
You pay with cash.

Cancellations
As a consideration to everybody involved, it is important to cancel if you are not able to attend a consultation at the appointed time. Please cancel your appointment within 36 hours before the consultation. Failure to do this will result in being charged the full rate. You may cancel your appointment on +46 736 003 009 (also when the telephone answer is on) or with the person that you booked your session with.

You may also cancel your appointment by email to info@madeleinemarcus.se but it is only deemed cancelled if you receive a confirmation from me within 36 hours. I may not have the possibility to check my e-mails during my visit in your country.
