body type
There are many ways of grouping people. Body Typing is yet
another way to do this. We all have characteristics from all
of the body types, but there is always one which is predominant
in our life.
Different body types have different strengths
and weaknesses. All body types have their own characteristic
appearances. They account for special personal traits and
different needs regarding diet, exercise, choice of profession
and inclination towards different symptoms or illness.
In times of imbalance it is particularly important
to understand how to act in order to regain your balance.
Through greater self-understanding and knowledge of your own
strengths and weaknesses, you create a better basis for for
choices and changes.
These body types are developed from the original
Ayur Vedic body types; Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Ayur Veda means
"Knowledge about life" and body typing is a science
that is thousands of years old.
Through simple measurement of your skeleton,
I establish your main body type, which will remain the same
during your whole life. On top of that, the other body types
can more or less influence your personality and how your body
tends to gain weight.
Another way of determining your body type
is a living blood analysis in combination with the information
you give me when we discuss your health situation.
